Comparison

Hyros pricing, and a Hyros alternative for course sellers on Stripe

If you run ads for course creators, coaches or info-product businesses, you've heard some version of this question. "We spent €100k on ads. Which campaigns made the €300k that hit our bank?" (A framing example, not a client result.)

Hyros is one of the best-known answers in that world. This page covers what Hyros publishes about its pricing, who Hyros says it's built for, where it's the stronger pick, and where Thexly fits instead. Every Hyros fact links to the hyros.com page we read it on, as of 11 October 2026.

Hyros pricing, as published on 11 October 2026

Hyros doesn't publish a price table. Its pricing page says "Pricing built around your ads. One plan. Everything included." It quotes the price "on a quick set up call, not a table." The page asks for your business model and monthly revenue, then shows "Quoted on your call" instead of a number ("Apply" for agencies).

  • Hyros's own comparison article (published 17 May 2026, updated 3 August 2026) still says "Hyros starts at $230 per month (annual) or $379 monthly for paid traffic plans", but the pricing page no longer shows that figure, so confirm it on the call.
  • This changed recently. On 8 October 2026 the pricing page showed a slider from $230 / per month (up to $20K tracked revenue) to $1,499 / per month (up to $750K), with custom pricing over $1M, under a "Black Friday · Pre-sale" banner. By 11 October the slider and banner were gone.
  • The next step is a call, and we didn't find a free trial on the pricing page.

This is a change from a few years ago. In a 2022 r/FacebookAds thread comparing Hyros and Triple Whale, one commenter listed "Non-transparent pricing" as a downside (r/FacebookAds, December 2022). Hyros is quote-based again, so that commenter's point still stands.

Is it expensive? That depends on the client. Two Hyros users on Reddit thought so: "its also quite expensive." (r/FacebookAds, February 2025) and "hyros was just getting way too expensive for what i needed" (r/FacebookAds, October 2025). Those are two people's views.

Who Hyros says it's built for

Hyros's own menu lists "Info education" with "Courses, coaching, webinars", next to Shopify, E-commerce and SaaS, and "B2B Calls" with "Booked calls and closed deals" (hyros.com).

Its own comparison with Triple Whale is more direct: "Choose Hyros if you run high-spend direct-response funnels (info-product, coaching, agency, or complex DTC) and need long-window, multi-funnel, precision attribution." (hyros.com)

The integrations page lists the checkouts and tools course sellers often use, including Kajabi, Teachable, SamCart, ThriveCart, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Stripe and PayPal, along with Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot and Calendly (hyros.com/integrations).

Two tools, two jobs

Hyros is ad tracking with a setup team and an ad-feedback loop. Its pricing page lists "Full set up team" and the guarantee "Your ads grow or you do not pay." It tracks booked calls as well as checkouts. On 11 October 2026 the pricing page did not list "Clean conversion data, pushed to every platform" or "HYROS columns inside Meta and Google." Both lines are still at hyros.com/pricing-ai-tracking-cl1-og. The pricing FAQ says "Our reporting will even show up in your Facebook manager." The homepage shows Meta and Google each "Receiving conversions", and "Send sales ad platforms missed." (pricing, home)

Thexly is payment-matched reporting. One script on the site picks up the ad click IDs and UTM tags. Thexly connects to the payment processor with a read-only key, matches each payment to the visit that led to it. You or your client can open the numbers in a read-only link (FAQ).

Thexly does not do CAPI, conversion upload or passback. It does not pull spend or ROAS from the Meta or Google Ads APIs. It does not track sales calls. You bring spend from the ad accounts (guide, guide, FAQ).

When Hyros is the better fit

Pick Hyros if your clients sell high-ticket programs through calls and applications. Hyros tracks booked calls and closed deals, and Thexly doesn't. An agency user on Reddit put it this way: "it's good if you are in the high ticket niche with long sales cycle" (r/FacebookAds, February 2025).

Pick Hyros if you want sales sent back to Meta and Google. On 11 October 2026 the Hyros homepage showed Meta and Google each "Receiving conversions" and "Send sales ad platforms missed." "HYROS columns inside Meta and Google" was not on the current pricing page. It is still at hyros.com/pricing-ai-tracking-cl1-og. The current pricing FAQ says "Our reporting will even show up in your Facebook manager." Thexly does neither.

Pick Hyros if your clients check out on Kajabi, Teachable, SamCart, ThriveCart, ClickFunnels, Kartra or Shopify. Hyros lists those integrations. Thexly connects to Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Dodo and Yolfi.

Pick Hyros if you want a setup team doing the work, multi-touch models, or a guarantee and a referral program for your agency.

When Thexly fits

Your client sells a course, program or digital product, and the checkout runs on Stripe. Lemon Squeezy, Polar and Dodo also work (Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Dodo).

The question you need answered is about money collected: which campaigns brought in the payments, each sale counted once.

You want to set it up yourself, try it for 14 days without a card, and give the client a link they can open without logging in.

You're fine exporting spend from Ads Manager and Google Ads yourself.

If the sale closes on a sales call, or runs through a checkout Thexly doesn't connect to, Thexly isn't the right tool for that client yet.

Try it on one offer first

You don't have to move a whole account to find out. Pick one offer whose checkout runs on Stripe and the last full month.

  1. 1Write down what Meta and Google each report as purchase value for those dates.
  2. 2Total the payments Stripe collected for that offer on the same dates.
  3. 3Compare. If the platforms add up to more than Stripe, that gap is what you're paying an attribution tool to explain.

The platform vs payment gap calculator does that math. The payment gap check shows how to run it with Thexly on one client.
